Jack MacLeod has been compared by many to some of the greatest wordsmiths of our time, from Charles Bukowski to George Carlin, and from Dr. Seuss to Eminem. Masterfully wielding his trademark rhyme schemes and razor-sharp wordplay, Jack delivers his rapid fire diatribes and twisted fairy tales with remarkable precision. His first slam competition, Battle on the Hill 2015, awarded Jack third place and astoundingly positive reviews. Inspired by true life experiences of light and darkness, rage and love, and all the strange nights and weird morningsin between; Jack’s patented brand of gonzo poetry seamlessly weaves audiences through a spectrum of emotions that result in cheering applause followed by shock-and-awe silences.

Get your tickets at Mosaic Books, or at our show Thursday, March 24th at 6:30pm at ShawTV Studios in Prospera Place. More info about the slam here.
